These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Build By SS platform (the “Platform”), owned and operated by LIME SHADES, a sole proprietorship based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Build By SS is a technology education platform owned and operated by LIME SHADES, a sole proprietorship based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. LIME SHADES is the legal entity, merchant of record, payment recipient, GST entity, and issuer of all invoices and receipts. Build By SS, Code By SS, and CC By SS are proprietary brands/products of LIME SHADES.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, signing in with Google, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

Users must be at least 16 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law. You are responsible for your account and credentials.

4. Payments & Access

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. All payments are made to LIME SHADES. Purchased content is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for personal educational use only.

5. Refund Policy

Free content is available to evaluate the Platform before purchase. Therefore, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable Indian law or in cases of duplicate or erroneous transactions attributable to LIME SHADES or its payment processor. 6. Intellectual Property

All videos, source code, templates, graphics, downloads and educational material are owned by or licensed to LIME SHADES. Redistribution, resale, recording, public sharing or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.

7. Source Code

Unless expressly stated otherwise, downloadable source code is licensed for personal learning only. Commercial use and redistribution are prohibited.

8. AI Features

AI-powered features are provided for educational purposes only. Verify outputs before production use and do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

9. Acceptable Use

Account sharing, scraping, piracy, malware, security bypass, intellectual property infringement and other abuse are prohibited. LIME SHADES may suspend or terminate offending accounts.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Current integrations include Google OAuth, Razorpay, Cloudflare and Google Analytics.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
