Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, payment issues and cancellations are handled for the Build By SS platform (the “Platform”). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. About This Policy

Build By SS is a technology education platform operated by LIME SHADES, a sole proprietorship based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. LIME SHADES is the legal entity, merchant of record, payment recipient, and issuer of all invoices and receipts.

2. Digital Products

Build By SS provides digital educational content including courses, videos, downloadable resources, source code, templates and AI-powered learning services. Because these are digital products that become accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are limited as described in this Policy.

3. No-Refund Policy

Build By SS provides free educational content that enables users to evaluate the quality of the Platform before making a purchase. Accordingly, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is successfully completed and access has been granted, except where required by applicable Indian law or expressly stated in this Policy.

4. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, is declined, remains pending or is reversed before successful completion, the matter should first be addressed with Razorpay and the User’s bank or payment provider. LIME SHADES cannot manually complete or recover unsuccessful payment transactions.

5. Duplicate Payments

If the same order is successfully charged more than once due to a technical issue, duplicate payment or processing error, LIME SHADES will verify the transaction and refund the duplicate amount to the original payment method within three (3) working days after successful verification.

6. Incorrect Purchases

Please review your order carefully before completing payment. Purchases made by mistake, change of mind, lack of usage, incompatibility, or misunderstanding of course content do not qualify for a refund.

7. Fraud Prevention

LIME SHADES reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions, payment disputes, chargebacks or fraudulent activity. Refunds may be delayed or declined where fraud is reasonably suspected or where required to comply with applicable law.

8. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting Build By SS, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the associated account while the payment dispute is being investigated.
